disable password option

Where I work we have machines which have been set up with
an administrator account and one user account. As this
is a classroom each machine is used by many different
users.

Is it possible to disable the create user account
password option? as some students (who are quickly kicked
off the course) access the control panel and set up a
password, thus causing problems for the next student. I
know it is easy to disable via the administrator account,
but it would be easier if I could disable the option
completely.

Any help gratefully received

Many thanks Marion

Hi Marion,

If the user doesn't have administrtor permission. You could use the
following manner to provent this behavior:

1. Right click My Comptuer and click Manage
2. Local user and Groups
3. User ----> double click User account.
4. User cannot change password.
5. OK.

All these steps can be applied when logging in as administrative account.

Many thanks
Marion
