Running Exchange 2003 with Symantec Mail Security for Exchange 4.5

On one particular client, Windows 2000 pro SP4 and Outlook 2000 SP3, spam
emails are going into the "Junk E-mail" box and not the Inbox. How can I
disable filtering at the client to prevent emails from going into the "Junk
E-Mail" box and instead go into the "Inbox"?

Hi Mike,

By default, Outlook 2000 does not create "Junk E-mail" folder in user's
mailbox. However, since you are using Exchange 2003 mailbox, the "Junk
E-mail" folder will be created automatically if the user logs on OWA. So we
should check the junk filter rule in OWA first and these rules are
performed by server.

-- Log on OWA
-- Select Options
-- In the "Privacy and Junk E-mail Prevention" section, verify the settings

Also, please have a look at this KB article to verify if he has created
some junk mail filter rules in Outlook client.

Hope the info helps.
