disable HTML in Outlook XP

I was a beta tester for Office 2003 and at this time I
don't have the money on hand to buy it, I uninstall
office 2003 and installed office xp. I like to know how I
can disable HTML in Outlook XP so it will only show texts
not html

Tools->Options->Mail Format->
Compose in this message format "Plain Text"
Uncheck "Use Microsoft Word to edit e-mail messages
Uncheck "Use Microsoft Word to read Rich Text e-mail messages.

Went Viewing incoming email I want to view it as text not
html. So the image will not show in the email.
