Disable Firewall Problem

When I access my dialup connection Icon,
and click on properties, nothing happens !
I need to access properties to get to the
advance tab to disable the firewall.HELP !

Who's your dial-up ISP? Some dial-up connections, such as AOL, don't
allow access to their properties. That's how AOL designed its
software.
