Hi,
When I start my computer, my context menu keeps appearing as the
right-button mouse is pressed the whole time. Does anybody can help me
disable this or tell me if I have a problem with my windows XP?

Try a different mouse. Does the problem stop? If so, replace your original
mouse.

a different keyboard. Otherwise, it's time to narrow down the
troubleshooting.

The First Question Of Troubleshooting: If the problem is new, what changed
between the time things worked and the time they didn't?

The Second Question of Windows Troubleshooting: what is the malware/virus
status of the machine? If you think it is clean, what programs (and
versions) did you use to determine this?
