Disable Autodiscovery of MTU

Would someone tell me how to disable PMTU on XP.


I am trying to disable autodiscovery of the path
 
In HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Tcpip\Parameters
Create a DWORD key called EnablePMTUDiscovery

Set its value to 0
