You need to download dx9b from microsoft.com site and
install, if you have an older ver of the dxwebsetup.exe
file from a previous download it may report that it can't
install because dx9 already exists. If so, download
again, the file is 292kb in size. After downloading and
while on the internet click on the file to start the
larger download and installation process.
