Director Player 6.0 won't die!!!

Please help me! Some how something called director player got installed on
my system. Every few minutes I get this popup that says 'director player
needs at least 3 MB of virtual memory to run'. I can't find this thing
anywhere on my system (add/remove progs, msconfig, services, startup) and it
won't go away. I've googled and found may suggestions on how to fix this
problem, but I wan't the prog gone completely, not fixed.

Any ideas?
