I am using power vcr11 I am getting a runtime error message and my software
support fellas ask me to load direct x 9.0b I have 9.0c loaded how do I
revert back to 9.0b?

Hi,

You don't, that is not uninstallable, nor can you revert to a prior version.
However, the newer version supports everything found in the older version,
so your software support needs to find another solution.

You could try "DX9 uninstaller" and then reinstall 9.0b. I have not
tried it in XP so your mileage may vary
