direct x help*************please help

i cant install my direct x, i have asked many questions about this, but still no reply. When i go to install it I get it saying it can not change file because of corrupt file or low memory space. the f iles are c:\docume~1\Maria\IXP031.TMP\dwsetup
and also \IXP031.TMP\ and also \IXP005.TMPi have no clue to what i am doing wrong, if anyone can help please do!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

All the files that you mention are tempory files and are

safe to delete the contents.Give that a try
 
when i ersed them it still doesnt install,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,is there anyways that i can get it off my computer?
