Direct x 9.0b and Logo testing incompatibility

I was in this instance trying to install Halo. It got to
the part where it says 'Installing Directx 9.0b'. I
recieved the Error message stating something similar
to 'The driver being installed has not passed Windows
Logo Signing....' I also cannot install a few other
things from the same error message. I went into My
Computer, rightclicked on it and went to the Hardware Tab
then went to Driver Signing, I told it to ignore and
install anyways, I tried installing again and it still
doesnt work. Please, Please help, the online support
helps dont help at all. Email me if you need to and
please do not spam me or give me email to a spammer. Many
