Hi there,

I was wondering if any one could help me. I have designed a standard form which is has to be signed by various people before it reaches it final destination. Is there a way of adding an electronic signature? This would speed up an often slow and painful process and hopefully prevent forms becoming lost. I gather from the word help file there is, but it is not too clear. Would it make a difference that it wouldn't always be the same person signing it

Any help would be greatly appreciate

Hi Nick,

YOu can digitally sign the document with a 3rd party
program that creates digital signatures. They're
available on-line. Try a search for digital signatures at
downloads.com
