I am working with a trial version of the Digital Photo Slide Show. This
program is JUST what I was looking for but being a novice, I cannot make it
run. I have emailed the accompanying address but do not get a response. Do
you know if there is a newsgroup or forum that discusses the Digital Photo
Slide Show, where I could get some desperately needed help.

If you not only want to make photo slide show, but also burn them onto
DVD/VCD/SVCD, then you can try this software: Photo2DVD

It also has more than 170 trantion effects, and background music or img
supported, many other selection menu.
