digital camera

Hi.
Just bought a digital camera Kodak DX5430 32mb internal
and 256mb external memory. Took 130 videos and photos on
holiday. tried to transfer onto pc. it transfered 80. the
rest of them it says " file format not recognised" and I
cant transfer them although the trouble shooting guide
says transfer to pc...but I cant. I can see that there
is 37mb there so i dont want to delte it until i know if
they are saveable.
Any help would be great thanks.

There is no information for your product on the Kodak web site. Do you have a phone
number you can use to get help from Kodak?
