.Assuming your camera kit came with CD software for
downloading pictures, any req'd drivers should have been
on the CD. You may want to try uninstalling the camera
software and re-installing, just in case something went
wrong on the original install. Sometimes vendors update
their drivers & post them on their website for customer
downloading, much like Microsoft does with patches. Check
out the Olympus website for any driver updates and tech
support for your particular camera model. If you find
there are no driver updates, then, if you've registered
your camera online with Olympus, you may have access to
free tech support, as long as your camera is still in
warranty. Also, checkout megapixel.com, a very good
digital imaging website, with tons of information, FAQ's,
and many links to other related websites.

Good Luck

Adam, what model Olympus? I have no problems with my Olympus. Can you see
the camera in Windows Explorer?

What type of connection does it use? If one of the 9 pin 'D' serial
port ones I don't think you will find any drivers for XP - the cameras
it handles are USB. And drivers for Win95 are almost certainly the
serial port type, in a form XP will reject.

If it uses Smart media cards, which most Olympus models do, then a very
convenient way is with a USB card reader for them - not at all
expensive. You then just plug it in, plug the card from the Camera in,
and it appears as another 'removable media drive' in My Computer. You
can open that, look at the pictures and drag them over to hard disk as
desired
