Hi,
You don't have to reformat your computer. It may be due to Bad Device
driver.
Option 1. You can try to boot your system in safe mode. To go to safe mode
press F8 button at startup (when starting O/s). Select Safe Mode. In safe
mode remove the device which is creating trouble and restart.
Option 2. You can use system restore feature to fix this issue.
Go to start -> select All Programs -> select Accessories -> select System
tools -> Select System restore -> Select option "Restore my computer to an
earlier time" -> Click on Next -> Select the date when the system was
working fine -> Click next.
Your computer will be restored to an earlier date.
