digital application

Have no clue of what is going on. several programs such as norton internet security cant run properly because something with my digital source cant be found. So what is this digital thing and why aint it working?
 
Hi,

What other programs besides Nortons? How about the following (enter them
into a start/run prompt): msconfig.exe, taskmgr.exe, regedit.exe - do any of
these work?
