<<< Well my hard drive size is 20 GB and it is formatted as NTFS, I don"t
realy the partition size.

Enter Windows Explorer, place cursor on drive / partition, right click,
select Properties and you will see the information about Free Space on
the General tab.

To gain free space select Disk CleanUp, More Options, System Restore and
remove all but the latest restore point. You can limit the space
allocated to System
Restore. Start, Control Panel, System, System Restore, Settings. Mine is
set at 6%,
which is less than the default.
