Difficulty Send Email through WORD (SEND TO) Word 2003

Hi,

I recently upgraded my computer and Office (2003). When I attempt to do a
Send to from Word, the Send button is not active and I am unable to forward
the email to the recipient with the attachment. To send the email, I need to
save the email message in Outlook, close the email message, then
select the email. At that point the Send button is active and I can send the
email.

Any idea on how to resolve this???

You might have better luck getting an answer in an OUTLOOK newsgroup. On the
whole, they tend to know more about email stuff than Word people...
