Sorry, but this newsgroup is for questions related to Access, the database
product that's part of Office Professional. Since Access is not available
for Macs, it's unlikely there will be many people here familiar with
Entourage.
You might try reposting to microsoft.public.mac.office.entourage
By the way, you really should "munge" your e-mail address when posting to
public newsgroups: there are many unscrupulous services out there that
"scrape" e-mail addresses and sell them to spammers.
