Hi,

I have 3 POP3 email accounts in Outlook2002. But, all
emails received from these three accounts go to the same
inbox. It really takes a lot of time to separate these
emails. Is there any way to set up three different Inbox
folders and receive emails separately?

Thank you!

Hakan

Try taking a look at the Rules Wizard. There is an option to move items
based on what account they are received by. Outside of that, there is no
way to define what personal folders file each account will deliver to.

Dear Hakan,

you could create 3 Email folders and with the rules assistent you can sort
the emails into the different folders.

How to create a new folder/Subfolder?:

"File/New/New Folder"
The type must be an email folder and you can use as name the name of the POP
3 account.

After you create the new folders you can create a rule (Tools/Rules
assistens) for e.g.

"all incoming emails that was sent to (e-mail address removed) move into folder:
John Doe".

Then all emails will be sorted automaticly.
