Different headers/footers for different pages

Hi, How do you set up a Word doc so there are different headers and footers for different pages. Example would be to have the header "Chapter 1" for pages 1 through 10, and then the header "Chapter 2" for pages 11 through 20 of the same Word doc. Same question for footers. Thank you very much for any help!
 
The easiest way is with a StyleRef field. See
