Different color lines in a list box, or table

Hello,

I'm making a list that will show up in a form.

Question:
How can I alternate the colors on the rows. E.g. First
line is white, second line is light yellow, third line is
white, fourth line is light yellow, etc....

You can use a grid control instead of a list box. j.
