How to Search using Google!
http://www.google.com/
(How-to: http://www.google.com/intl/en/help/basics.html )

1. Proprietary format. BIN has a CUE file with it. ISO is all inclusive -
also known as ISO9660 format.
2. Good for you.
3. With a CD burning application that burns ISO images and a CD burner.

CDBurnerXP Pro

DeepBurner Free

ImgBurn (burn ISO images)

Another Option would be to search the web with Pricewatch.com or
Dealsites.net and find deals on Products like Ahead Nero and/or Roxio.
