started out with windows me and bought the xp home upgrade... for some reason... xp wouldnt upgrade so i did the new install, but now i have both the windows ME and XP operating systems on my puter...how do i get ride of ME!!! ive tried to uninstall in in add/remove programs, but its not listed... and i tried to uninstall it by means of safty mode and command prompts that i found in another website... but that didnt do the trick either. i have a fresh copy of windows xp but no longer have my ME start up disk.... am i screwed or what? can anyone help???
