"Did you know ?" in Help and support program not updating....

I noticed that the "did you know?" section in help and
support is not updating. It just tells me that I needed
to be connected to the internet w/c is odd coz im on
broadband. Anybody has a fix on this? Thanks!

Happens from time to time; give it a day or so, and see if it fixes itself.
 
This works for me.
Logoff-Restart.
Takes a few minutes but fixes little things like this.
Good time to take restroom break.
