Did I Miss The Announcement? Is 3.5 and VS2008 Available as RTM?

I looked on Scott gu's blog and it still says Beta 2 is available, but going
to the respective download pages - they don't say anything about beta.

Are these available to MSDN subscribers yet as RTM versions (no longer
Beta)?

Yes they are. You should read ScottGu's blog a little more carefully,
I belive he was the first person to announce the RTM (about a week
ago). :)
