Hi,
on 22nd April I placed a question in the General Word section and would like
to say thank you to Charles and Suzanne for responding to my question,
however they could not help any further. The original question is written
below, but I would like to ask the following:
Scenario
When I open a new document in Word or Excel, it opens up fine, saves and
closes fine. When I go to re-open the document the message (which I've
copied and pasted) at the bottom of this post comes up.
Question
I'm wondering if there is a conflict with the name the technician gave the
computer and the name I gave Office 97 when I loaded it onto the computer?
Any further assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
