Dialog Box Pop Up

I have a File Download dialog box pop up continuously. It will not allow me
to do anything else. I have tried everything from uninstalling programs to
runnin mscofig and just allowing the essential stuff to load. It does not
work. Please help me.

Well that just about seals the deal. 'r' must stand for 'retarded' as you
seem perfectly incapable of reading a post and responding appropriately.
What on earth have your 'instructions' got to do with his issue? I'll tell
you what - precisely nothing!

You don't come here to assist - you come here to spam the groups with your
pathetic excuse for a 'help' site. Your SP2 installation instructions are
woeful at best. You mention nothing about updating drivers/software *BEFORE*
installation.

And by the way the participle form of 'arise' is arising, not 'arousing'.
You have changed the entire meaning of the sentence - basically you have
said that SP2 causes arousal. IOW, it's some sort of aphrodisiac!
