My Norton Anti Virus found 5 viruses , but only deleted 2 of them. There
are still 3 left (AT RISK).

They are 127021 , 127021.dlr , and dloader.exe

all three are labeled DIALER.TIBS and AT RISK.

How do I get rid of these that Norton did not get rid of but found?

Thanks for any help

1) Disable System Restore
http://vil.nai.com/vil/SystemHelpDocs/DisableSysRestore.htm
2) Reboot the infected PC into Safe Mode and shutdown as many applications as possible
3) Using NAV, perform a Full Scan of your platform and clean/delete any
infectors found
4) Restart the infected PC and perform a "final" Full Scan of your platform
5) Re-enable System Restore and re-apply any System Restore preferences,
(e.g. HD space to use suggested 400 ~ 600MB),
6) Reboot the PC.
7) Create a new Restore point

Cool, thanks Dave! I'll report back when I can, I'm pretty slow with this
stuff . . not as intelligent with it as you all are. And sorry for posting
it in this group, I'll sign up on those virus groups you listed. Thanks for
the list.

PS
Nobody email me, I might reply out of reaction/habbit and I would hate to
send you something if I had it on my computer.
