Check this info: The New Connection Wizard Does Not Set the "Always Dial My Default Connection" Setting http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;327980 In Control Panel, start the Internet Options tool. On the Connections tab, click Always dial my default connection. Click OK. Good luck
