Dial up Entries

Hi all,

I have installed a fresh copy of XP pro.
I got this problem with the Network Connections where i creat a new dial up
entry but i cannot see it in the Network Connections, actually, i see
nothing in that place.
Only IE would dial up the entry from its properties.
Can anybody help me on this?
