Dial Up Connection

Hello, I cannot create a dial up connection, All the
options are greyed out and am unble to select them. If I
try to add one through Internet Options it comes up with
Error 711..


Please help..

Most likely, the first article below will show the Remote Access
Connection Manager failing to start, with error 5 Access Denied.

The second article is the usual cause of this.
Usual cause is doing a system restore,
or upgrading to Xp-Pro over XP-home+SP1

Fix is to re-apply SP1.

Thanks, but when I try to click Start on the Remote
Access Connection manager it says, "Error 5:Access denied"
also for auto connection
