DFI LanParty NForce4 Ultra-D + Zalman ZM-NB47J Cooler

I've got the DFI LanParty NForce4 Ultra-D S939 motherboard and noticed it
comes with a pretty big fan on the chipset. I was wondering if the popular
Zalman ZM-NB47J Northbridge Cooler would work on it?

Also another local store website has ZM-NB47K listed. Is the K a typo or is
that some older/newer version?

Do you already have tested the ZALMAN cooler? In my opinion the
chipset cooler of the DFI is much too loud.... but since I am not
sure if the Zalman passive chipset cool ist good enough and if it
fits to the chip without interacting with a PCIe graphic card I have
not bought the Zalman yet.... but maybe you have some information
meanwhile?
