devldr32.exe - application error

I'm getting this error message, usually when starting a program, which always
display the same info:

The instruction at "0x00dd3a00" referenced memory at "0x10021014". The
memory could not be "read".

I can't find any reference to "devldr32.exe" anywhere in microsoft.com and
would appreciate some help.

From what I see it is associated with Creative Labs audio devices.
