Device Driver Error

I experienced the blue-screen of death this week. The
error message I recevied from Microsoft Online Crash
Analysis was that the error was casued by a device
driver. The only thing I did this week was to renew my
NAV subcription online. My e-mail also is having huge
issues and won't connect to the server intermittently. I
have powered down my cable modem and wirelss router,
etc., but It's ot no avail.

Add me to the list too. I crash several times a day!

each time it analyizes as a Device Driver Error, only I
haven't installed any recently. Very frustrating!
