I recently sold my old computer . I thought it best to format the hard disk
and reintall xp before giving it to the new owner. I reinstalled xp but now
it will only detect 2gb instead of the 20 gb hard disk. So I then reformated
again and re loaded xp , but it still shows at 2gb. I have used this hard
disk for 3 years on this system, nothing has been changed at all, but cannot
for the life of me get it to recognise the 20 gb disk. I am runnimg out of
ideas and am fed up re installing again and again trying to get the system
to recognise the disk. I have tried the bios settings , set to auto as
before ...any help pleassse
