Destop options

When I save a document to my desktop and right click on the document, I do
not have any options; nothing is displayed or happens, no error or anything
at all. I use this feature for many different options and it no longer
works, any thoughts on this?

Right-click is slow or weird behavior caused by context menu handlers:
