After scanning as a secondary slave ( and virus removed, mostly adware ) the
situation still remains the same. When you on the pc, there are no icons on
desktop. When I right click trhe destop, there is no dialogue box, hence,
330170 is not applicable. Neither can I get to Kelleys website.
Can get access to Windows Task Manager, which process shall I 'on' it, since
the usage of the cpu shows very negigible usage. TIA

| Made a mistake to download garbage and now upon reboot there is no icon on
| the desktop. No doubt its virus/trojan etc infected, so besides running the
| anti virus etc(hopefully they appear after the scan) is there any other
| solutions that I can try. Thank you.
