Neo,
It gets very difficult trying to help you when you are
posting messages all over the place. There is no history
of your problems. Do yourself and anyone that helps you
a favor and stop posting individual messages for your
growing problems. Post them all in one thread.
Autocheck.exe is the program that scans your hard drive
for errors. If the file is where it is supposed to be,
it is likely that your path environment variable is
longer than 1024 characters.
Have you been infected with a virus? Have you scanned
your system for viruses? Do you have antivirus software
running? If you were infected with a virus and your
antivirus software quarantined or deleted it, you need to
look up the technical details of that virus and see what
damage it caused and repair that damage.
You might try performing a repair installation and see if
the Windows setup program can repair the damage you
have. You can find instructions here:

us;315341&Product=winxp
Try and stay focused on the problem and hand and limit
your postings to one thread. You will get farther faster.
Good Luck
Did you make some change to your system while trying to
repair your other issues and then this came up after
making those changes?
