There is an empty folder on my desktop which I cannot remove. It is not
selectable in the Desktop folder and cannot be moved to the Recycle Bin.
Another thoughts on how to remove it?

What is the name of the Empty Folder? You getting an "Access Denied"
message when attempting to trash it?
