Desktop

I was trying to put a new icon in my desktop but I did something wrong and
opened a windom in the left side from the top to the bottom, this windom is
the same when open my documents and the left side with "folder tasks" wtih
the narrow to choose "make a new folder or share this folder" and "other
places" with the narrow to choose "my documents, Share documents and my
network places"
and "Detal", this is what contain is this window in my desktop...however, I
don't know "HOW" to take off this windom....I wonder if someone can help me,
I have a picture with the view of my desktop in case need to see... my
e-mails is (e-mail address removed)...
