Do you mean some sort of web image on the desktop? If so right click a
blank area of the desktop | Properties | Desktop tab | Customize Desktop |
Web tab. Untic "Lock desktop items" and uncheck all items in the Web Pages
box. Search for it's image file and delete it. You can click on the
offending item, click Properties to find it's location, then later delete
it.

If it's not this but an image files such as a .jpg or .bmp and it was
installed look in these locations for the image file and delete it.
