This is in the same vane as Patti's. Apparently, it is due to a damaged
Windows Explorer (explorer.exe). To eliminate the fault, Explorer
needs to be replaced. If turning off the .exe file via the Task Manager
and turning it back on does not work, a new copy needs to be taken
from the i386 folder. For more details, please read MVP Kelly Theriot's
