Desktop / Shortcut- Words in clear?

Hi to all and thanks for any reply.

I have XP Pro and the Autum scene as Desktop background.
I have also a number of shortcuts with the written part in a color
that matches the one side but not the other.
Is it possible to have it in transparent ?

Gery, try rt clicking on Desktop>Properties>Desktop>Customize
Desktop>Web>Uncheck Lock Desktop Items click on Apply, Ok.
