Desktop problems.

Hi

Some of the features in Desktop Properties are disabled ex. the
Background-lines. Under "Customize Desktop..." then Web-flip is missing.
When rigthclick the Desktop/"Arrange Icons By" - the "Show Desktop By"-lines
are missing.
Any ideas how to troubleshoot this - tools - restore default values?

I had to use gpedit and set some values Enabled or Disabled.
