desktop notepad

desktop notepad shows up every time i start up, with
[.shellclassinfo
LocalizedresourceName=@%SystemRoot%\system32\shell32.dll,-2178
does any one know why this shows up and is it a problem that i need fixed?
 
Notepad Starts With "[.ShellClassInfo] LocalizedResourceName=@%SystemRoot%\System32\Shell32.dll,-21787" When You Start Your Computer
