I don't know what you mean by "staff". This isn't Microsoft and there is no
"staff" here. This is a peer-to-peer newsgroup and while some Microsoft
employees occasionally post here, most people are volunteer helpers who do
not work for the company.
As for your question, you haven't provided enough information to get focused
help.
The First Question Of Troubleshooting: what changed between the time things
worked and the time they didn't?
The Second Question of Windows Troubleshooting: what is the malware/virus
status of the machine? If you think it is clean, what programs (and
versions) did you use to determine this?
Here is a link to show you what details to include in your next post:

In the meantime, see if you can log in with another user account. If you
didn't set up one, see if you can log in to either your user account or the
built-in Administrator account. If you have XP Home, you'll need to go into
Safe Mode to access the Administrator account. Do this by repeatedly
tapping the F8 key as the computer is starting up. This will get you to the
right menu. Navigate using your Up arrow key; the mouse will not work here.
Once in Safe Mode, you will see the normally hidden Administrator account.
The default password is a blank.
If you can get into another account, include that information in your next
post with the other necessary details and we can take it from there.
