Desktop icon set changed

Somehow I must of done something to the computer and
it is no longer showing my usual set of icons on the desktop.
Instead it is showing only those of the administrator (which
is also me).

How do I get it to display _my_ (user name) icons, or maybe
even both sets?

I guess I could just move them from one desktop to the other,
but I'd like to understand the mechanism. It's running Win2K.

Thanks,
E-Jo

Sounds like the profile is corrupt. You can use the steps in this article to
replace the local administrator profile.

Thanks for your input Dave. I haven't tried it yet however cause I
hate mucking around with the registry (considering all the warnings given).
However, I guess I'll just have to bite the bullet.
