desktop background

Is there any way to make screensaver be desktop background? I have an option
(and it works) to view video as desktop background (TV card) so I guess this
screensaver stuff could work too. The screensaver is made in Direct3D HAL.
Is there some application I need to install in order to work?

It is not impossible, but now I don't know a way to do it.
Maybe a tool is available from a company.
You can have a search on websites.
 
I tried but there is only one tool designed just for that but it has
problems with screensavers which use directX and other 3D options. I even
contacted the manufacturer of the screensaver but they also don't know how
to acomplish this. So I thought there is maybe something in Windows that I
can change and make it work..
